1. General Provisions

1.1. The SSLBuddy.App service allows you to purchase SSL certificates and offers other services related to website security. By using our service, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1.2. Use of the Service is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Website" – a platform monitoring SSL certificates on websites, operated by BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001038145, NIP: 7831881231, REGON: 525399139, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.

2.2. "User" – a natural or legal person using the Website.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. The Service provides free SSL certificate monitoring services on websites.

3.2. The services provided by the Website are of an informative and supportive nature and do not constitute binding advice or guarantees.

4. Purchase SSL Certificates

4.1. The User has the option to purchase SSL certificates via the Website.

4.2. Purchasing an SSL certificate requires providing accurate information, such as the domain name and other data necessary to correctly generate the certificate.

4.3. BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. is not responsible for any irregularities in the generated SSL certificate resulting from incorrect data provided by the User.

4.4. Once the SSL certificate is generated and delivered to the User, the service is considered completed and it is not possible to return it or apply for a refund.

4.5. The User agrees to commence the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, which means that the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 38, point 1 of the Consumer Rights Act.

4.6. If it is not possible to purchase an SSL certificate due to the refusal of the certificate issuer, the User will be refunded the amount paid, reduced by the costs incurred by BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. related to the verification processes already carried out. This amount includes administrative costs and other costs incurred while trying to fulfill the order.

5. Responsibility

5.1. BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Service, including damage caused by improper operation of the Service, interruptions in its availability, incorrect information or other external factors.

5.2. The User uses the Service at his/her own risk and responsibility.

5.3. Despite the security measures taken, BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. does not guarantee full security of data sent electronically due to the risks associated with using the Internet.

6. Terms of Use of the Website

6.1. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Regulations.

6.2. The User may not sell for a fee or in any other way commercialize the services offered by the Service without prior written consent from BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. processes Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

7.2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy, available on the website of the Service.

7.3. Personal data administrator: BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

7.4. Personal data are processed for the purpose of providing services, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity of processing for the performance of the contract) and other legitimate interests of the administrator.

7.5. Users have the rights to: access data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer data and object to data processing.

7.6. The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a message to the e-mail address: hello@sslbuddy.app.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations at any time. Users will be informed of any change to the Regulations in due time by publishing a new version of the Regulations on the Service’s website.

8.2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

9. Payment Methods

9.1. The User may only make a payment by bank transfer to the account number provided by BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. in the order process.

9.2. Payments must be made in full, as per the invoice issued by BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o.

9.3. The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Autopay S.A.

9.4. Available payment methods: Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.

10. Complaints

10.1. The User has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-performance or improper performance of a service by the Service.

10.2. Complaints should be submitted to the following e-mail address: hello@sslbuddy.app, providing detailed information regarding the subject of the complaint.

10.3. BeSmartAnd.Pro sp. z o.o. will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the User of the decision.

11. Order Fulfillment Time

11.1. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.

12. Returns

12.1. In the event of the need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party’s payment card.
